We can do it using Boot CD like Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8
But we can open the Disk Management utility in Windows from the Command Prompt itself .

1:For Windows 8 Open Run from the Apps screen or press windows button+R button (windows button is positioned left to left control button and right to right alt button)

2: For Windows 7 and Windows XP just open all programs and then open Run from it or press windows button+R button
3: then type diskmgmt.msc in it and then hit the Enter or OK button.
