 It looks like Facebook had a bug in the past ,When ever we want to add new picture as Facebook profile picture ,there is no direct option to perform which makes us mad all the time.

Anyway there is also an option to recover that also


Old Trick:

Add new Picture in mobile version to our profile.

Then open it from your Facebook Profile,we can find an option make this profile picture.That is want we want

New Trick:
1:Login to your Facebook Account from mobile browser
2:Click Timeline from your Mobile browser
3:Then Click Edit Profile
4:Then Click Upload New Profile Picture

Simply Open this URL from mobile Browser to save time and internet data usage
